You are a small design agency and employ between 5 and 10 staff. The work that you have put in to grow your business is starting to pay. You have staff that can help design and deliver the work for your customers, you are able to attract new customers to your business and you feel that you are getting financial control of your business. You can project when the money will come into the bank and you can forecast and plan for the next twelve months for your business.
Your business is getting more complex and you need to keep in control and have ways to make it easy to do.
The thing is the business is getting more complex. You need to keep on control of all parts of the busines and you are juggling doing the work for customers and managing the business. You need to start to get more expert help into the business. You are scared that if you do not the business will spiral out of control and you will not be able to get it back.
You are ready to make the next step and the freedom that you crave is just around the corner. You just need to perfect the systems that you have and make sure that the staff that you have can help you manage the work and business.

Being held accountable means that you actually do what you need to for your business.
